Utilizing rental space at the Common Space is easy and economical for artists, organizations, and the general public. Interested tenants are encouraged to call the main office to discuss space availability and potential usage. Currently, all full-time spaces are filled.
Full-time Studio spaces range in size and price from a 10' x 10' room up to full classroom spaces 22' x 33' ave. Leases are written for a six-month minimum to one full-year. Leases include normal utilities and water is conveniently located on each floor.
Part-time spaces range in size from typical classroom spaces to auditorium spaces. These spaces may be rented by the hour starting at $15/hour, half-day, or full-day. Many organizations rent space on the same day and time of each week or month for regularly scheduled meetings, rehearsals, or workshops, i.e. the Black Swamp Woodcarvers have met every Thursday at Common Space for the past thirty-eight years.
